We are partnering with a leading Facilities Management organisation to recruit an H&S Manager.

You’ll play a vital role in keeping their team safe and business compliant. From coordinating health and safety activities to managing risks and ensuring they meet all regulations, your work will help prevent workplace incidents and keep operations running without disruption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape Policies: Assist in creating and maintaining health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Assess Risks: Conduct or coordinate method statements and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend safety measures.
  • Track Incidents: Keep detailed records of workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate Training: Schedule and monitor health and safety training sessions to keep our team informed and prepared.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with Risk Assessment: Ability to identify, evaluate, and propose solutions for workplace hazards.
  • Knowledge of Regulations: Understanding of relevant health and safety laws and industry standards.
  • IT Proficiency: Competence in using health and safety management software, databases, and MS Office applications.
