Contracts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the management and delivery of multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly
Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Prepare and manage project budgets, contracts, and financial reports
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management
Resolve any disputes or challenges that arise during the project

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role in the Civil Engineering and Construction industry specifically concrete
Strong understanding of construction contracts, processes, and legislation
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
A proactive and problem-solving approach to project management
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
