Electrical Contracts Manager - Scotland

This is a great opportunity for an Electrical Contracts Manager who is very personable with good commercial awareness to progress to the next level. You will have regular interaction with project managers and contracts Managers form the top 10 UK construction companies. Spend 50% in the office and 50% of your time on sites. Dealing with your own projects from start to finish, Electrical installation values would range from 100k - 1 Million. management and correct allocation of labour and materials is essential working on small to large construction projects within commercial.

As the successful Electrical Contracts Manager, you will be:
* Electrical Contracts Manager will be responsible for the Management of Electrical labour and materials, Electricians, mates and Improvers.
* Electrical Contracts Manager will take responsibility for spend on projects.
* Electrical Contracts Manager will liaise with client, site supervisors, project managers.
* Electrical Contracts Manager will be given an Excellent opportunity for progression.
* Electrical Contracts Manager will oversee running the P&L for projects.
* Electrical Contracts Manager will be occasionally in the office and majority will be site based in Scotland; office based near Glasgow
As the successful Electrical Contracts Manager, you will need:
* Electrical Contracts Manager will need to be JIB qualified Electrician / Manager.
* Electrical Contracts Manager will need experienced in SWA, lighting, Containment work within commercial or utilities sites
* Electrical Contracts Manager will need to have good commercial site experience
* Electrical Contracts Manager will be a commutable distance of Glasgow
