Job role

We are seeking an Assessor Business Skills to assess in Business Administration, Customer Services, Management and Project Management, not all 4-discipline experience is required for the role.

Assessor. Mentor apprenticeships, ensuring successful completion of Apprenticeship frameworks SCQF levels 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 11.

Guide and assist individuals in enhancing their skills.

Oversee a caseload of candidates, collaborating with both candidates and employers.

Set tailored objectives for each candidate, aligning them with their abilities to achieve KPIs.

Track candidate progress.

Providing positive and constructive feedback to learners, nurturing growth.

Completing paperwork

Attending meetings

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, 1 hour lunch.

Experience Essential for the role.

Must be Assessor qualified.

Experience with Scottish apprenticeships.

Experience in assessing one of the 4 disciplines in the job role description.

Benefits

Salary £25K to £30K basic
