Learning & Organsartional Development Partner

18.5 hours ( flex on days & Hybrid)

300-350 a day

The Learning and Organisational Development Partner is responsible for leading the delivery of a professional, client-centred internal L&OD partnership with their allocated Professions. In collaboration with their professions, the post holder will identify, design, implement, and evaluate a programme of learning and organisational development to ensure they provide a world-class consumer experience and a great place to work.Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside Heads of Profession in the business planning process to identify and address L&OD needs through a clear strategic framework.
  • Provide a professional internal L&OD consultancy service to promote development, improve performance, and enable successful delivery of the profession's mission and strategy.
  • Demonstrate engaging, pragmatic, and business-focused leadership on L&OD interventions across the Profession(s) and with key stakeholders.
  • Manage and prioritise a portfolio of work, including organisational development, learning and development, and project-based responsibilities.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate personal and professional L&OD interventions in consultation with the L&OD Lead and team.
  • Champion a continuous improvement mindset and a 'can do' approach to ensure L&OD services add value.
  • Provide expert advice on Learning and Organisational Development.

Key Outputs and Deliverables:

  • Provide an internal consultancy service for L&OD matters, focusing on coaching and mentoring.
  • Manage and prioritise work to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Support the design, delivery, and evaluation of L&OD interventions.
  • Contribute to research and development in L&OD best practices, including horizon scanning and benchmarking.
  • Work collaboratively with key partners to tailor L&OD practices to learning needs and skills gap analysis.
  • Support the delivery of high-performing teams through effective support management and professional development.
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive team environment based on trust, transparency, and inclusivity.
