Duties:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing our clients' Learning and Development contract across public sector prisons within Scotland. 
  • Work closely with a team of internal and external workstream leads, to include: HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, Quality, Marketing and Training, to successfully implement a mobilisation and transition plan.
  • Liaise closely with the Scottish Prison Service and other relevant stakeholders. 
  • Lead on regular project and individual workstream meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage issues within mobilisation and transition, risks, constraints and dependencies.
  • Conduct regular programme reporting on progress against key milestones, risks and issues to senior internal and external stakeholders through formal governance structures.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual, commercial and operational obligations/requirements through maintaining close working partnerships with the relevant departments.
