Credit ControllerGlasgow City Centre£25,000 - £28,000Search is excited to partner with a leading client in the property management sector to recruit an experienced Credit Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team, where you'll report directly to the Credit Manager and collaborate with a close-knit group of Credit Controllers, supporting branches across Scotland.What's on Offer:- Competitive salary up to £28K- Early finish on Fridays- Bonus scheme- Pension plan- Life assurance- Employee assistance programme- Hybrid working available after probation periodKey Responsibilities:- Record NOPLs on the company CRM/billing system- Calculate direct debit reviews and prepare DD increase review letters- Handle and follow up on DD rejections- Manage client payments and direct debits- Resolve payment queries efficiently- Use the CPL/RPM system for all client interactions- Maintain accurate notes of all phone callsWhat We're Looking For:- Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume credit control environment- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Strong self-discipline and motivation- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in IT, especially MS Excel- High attention to detail and accuracy- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlinesThis is a full-time position offering a rewarding career with excellent benefits.
