Sonic Summary

This is a full-time, permanent outbound call center position that is fully remote and requires no weekend work.
The role offers a base salary of £23,000 with an on-target earnings (OTE) potential of £29,000 to £30,000.
Candidates should have experience in call center, retail sales, customer service, telesales, or field sales.
Responsibilities include making 150-200 calls daily, building customer rapport, and achieving sales targets of 7-10 sales per day.
The position requires a quiet workspace at home and a strong desire to exceed targets while adhering to compliance and regulations.

Outbound – Call Centre - Remote Full time – Permanent - Monday-Friday – No weekends£23k base salary and OTE of £29-30k Fully Remote – equipment provided 37.5 hours a week.Role summary:You will be making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.Key responsibilities:

Make 150/200 calls a day on an automated dialler.
Build rapport with the customer, build an offer that suits their needs.
Achieve targets of 7-10 sales a day (90% of the existing team do hit their targets).
Ensure you are meeting compliance expectations with every process.

Required skills and experience:

Call Centre, Retail sales, Customer Service, Telesales and Field sales experience will be considered.
You will need a quiet place to work at home.
Be comfortable with remote working.
The desire to exceed targets whilst following process, compliance, and regulations.
