My client is a national property developer and they are looking for a temporary customer service advisor to assist with one of their student properties in the heart of Glasgow.
By creating the best places to live and work throughout the community they are promising sustainability and quality in all that they do.
This is a busy period for my client and therefore they are looking for temporary cover to aid them through this period.
As a customer service advisor you will deal with a number of customer enquiries including complaints, both via telephone and face to face, so ideally the successful candidate will come from a customer facing role (hospitality, retail or leisure) or and be able to roll their sleeves and take on the following tasks:
* Respond positively and quickly to customer enquiries and complaints and take appropriate action in line with company procedures.
* Always interact with students professionally, showing empathy towards any issues you may find and understanding that this is their home.
* Engaged with the students to capture feedback and insight to improve services to their needs.
* Supporting customer show rounds to ensure maximum occupancy of the residence.
This contract will run for a minimum for 3 weeks but could lead to an extended contract long into the Winter should you wish.
This position pays 13 p/h and is a 40 hour working week, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm (rotational) and 1 Saturday in 4 with a day of in lieu. Only those that commit to this shift pattern will be considered.
This is fully office based which is non negotiable.
