Candidate Requirements
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA)
- Significant experience in a client-facing role within an accountancy or professional services firm
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to inspire and manage a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Sound knowledge of accounting regulations and best practices
- £50,000 to £70,000 per annum
