As a key member of the Payment Operations team, you will play an integral role in ensuring a seamless customer journey by managing payments, investigations, and troubleshooting with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. What You'll Do:
  • Deliver a high-quality, "right first time" service to internal and external customers.
  • Manage end-to-end payment processes, from setup and verification to investigation and repair.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system productivity.
  • Liaise with external financial institutions and stakeholders to resolve queries and manage accounts.
  • Assist with reconciliation tasks, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Help maintain and update standard operating procedures to reflect the latest processes and best practices.
  • Take on leadership responsibilities, including delegating tasks and assessing team capacity in the absence of the flow leader.
