What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Superstar, you'll:
- Use your exceptional listening skills to help customers with policy updates, new sales, and retention.
- Become an expert at promoting our digital channels and empowering customers to self-serve.
- Manage a variety of inbound calls with confidence and ease.
- Dive deep into customer needs, providing tailored solutions and top-notch support.
- Keep accurate records, knowing that every detail matters.
- Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, particularly for vulnerable customers.

What You Bring to the Table:
