Every 2nd Saturday, 9am - 1pmSalary: £25,080.00 per annum with a performance-related bonus scheme. After 2 years service, the salary will increase to £26,500.00 per annum.Holidays: 30 days including bank holidays, increasing by 1 day per year of service for the first 5 years.The Role:We are looking for individuals to join our Operations team who:Have great customer service skills from contact centre or face-to-face experience.Strive to deliver a great experience for our customers during every call.Can build meaningful relationships and provide tailored solutions to help customers manage their outstanding debt.Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.Can confidently and empathetically handle challenging conversations.Thrive in target-driven environments.Responsibilities:Taking inbound and outbound calls to assist clients customers with their outstanding debt.Managing the customer database by ensuring account notes are updated after each call.Delivering high-quality service with a focus on treating customers fairly.Complying with compliance and regulatory requirements.Training:We offer a 3-week on-site comprehensive training program to learn about the company and how we support our customers. Full attendance is required. Additionally, we provide access to our tailored in-house E-Learning Academy for further self-development.
