Customer Service Advisor (Temporary with Potential for Permanent Placement)
Location: Bridgeton - On-site
Hours: 40 hours per week. Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, rotating Saturdays 9am-5pm
Salary: 12 per hour / 24,960

The Role:
As an essential member of our client's team, you'll provide comprehensive customer support, from handling general enquiries and resolving order issues to working closely with internal and external partners. Your priority will be to ensure customer concerns about prescriptions or purchases are handled swiftly and efficiently.

Skills such as experience with Zendesk (or similar), handling vulnerable customers, and creative problem-solving are ideal. However, we're committed to supporting your growth through training and ongoing development to ensure your success every step of the way.
