Our client, a global leader in their field, is looking to add a new Digital Marketing Manager to their talented team of four. This role presents excellent opportunities for growth as the company and its brands continue to expand. The Role:

This role will have a focus on data driven digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing. You'll lead the charge in creating and executing campaigns that elevate brand presence, enhance engagement, and drive revenue. If you're passionate about data-led strategies and love seeing the direct impact of your efforts, this role could be the one.

Responsibilities:

Work with company directors and the Heads to enhance the digital marketing strategy, focusing on PPC, SEO, social media, email, and websites.

Build, monitor, and optimise paid media campaigns, with a strong emphasis on paid search (PPC) and social platforms.

Implement SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings, drive traffic, and improve brand visibility.

Design and optimise landing pages, emails, and marketing automation flows to capture and convert leads.

Conduct A/B tests across channels to improve the customer journey, increasing traffic and conversions.

Collaborate with the web agency to ensure user-friendly website development and maintenance.

Manage analytics tools and tracking pixels for data-driven decision-making.

Provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for optimisation.


Requirements:

Proven track record of driving sales growth through optimising digital channels, especially for D2C and e-commerce brands.

Extensive expertise in Google Ads, including keyword research, bid management, and optimisation techniques for paid search (PPC).

Strong understanding of SEO best practices with experience improving site rankings using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

Skilled in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and A/B testing for data-driven optimisation.

Experience with email and marketing automation platforms like Hubspot, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp.

Familiarity with CMS systems such as WordPress and WooCommerce.

Strong project management skills, including managing external agencies and digital development projects.
