Document Controller - Full-time, Permanent

Location: Glasgow  

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 4pm

We are seeking an organised Document Controller to manage the document processes for our client, a reputable fitout and refurbishment contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain document templates.

- Ensure project information in Procore is current (training provided).

- Convert project data into user-friendly documents.

- Organise, number, and label documents in Procore.

- Scan, copy, and distribute documents to teams.

- Monitor and store compliance and health and safety certificates.

- Upload and distribute drawings via Procore Link.

- Collaborate with teams for O&M file compilation.

- Train team members on document systems.

Qualifications:

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Experience with document management software (Procore preferred).

- Excellent communication skills.
