What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborating with the Accounts team by preparing and managing invoices using Sage accounting software.
  • Responding to incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner, providing essential information and support to clients and colleagues.
  • Becoming an expert using our system ‘Uptick’. This involves coordinating with engineers and clients to schedule appointments, keeping detailed records of each call, and ensuring timely service delivery.
  • Assisting with day-to-day office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies. Providing general support to other departments as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assisting in maintaining and updating internal databases using Excel and Uptick by entering accurate information related to clients, projects, and suppliers.
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment Coordinating, with IT or external vendors for any repairs or maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to office activities.

Salary:£14,000 - £16,000 per annum.

Working week: 

  • 40hrs per annum.
  • Monday to Thursday, 8am - 5pm, and on Friday's, it will be from 8am – 2pm.
