Our client, an award-winning Energy contractor, is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in Glasgow for Power and Renewable Energy projects.
The position offers a salary between £70,000 and £85,000 per annum, along with a car or car allowance and additional benefits.
Candidates must have a minimum of 132 kV experience and possess an Electrical Degree.
The role involves managing project deadlines, effective client communication, and providing technical support to project engineers.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate an enthusiastic approach to work and be committed to health and safety management.

Senior Electrical Engineer - GlasgowOur client, an award-winning Energy contractor are currently recruiting for a Senior Electrical Engineer to work on several Power / Renewable Energy projects. Location: GlasgowRemuneration:* £70 000 - £85 000 per annum plus car / car allowance & benefitsThe Role overview* Delivery of designs withing agreed timescales* Working on multiple projects managing deadlines* Effective communication with clients, consultants, and project engineers* Provide technical support for the project engineers* Manage strong client relationships* Health and Safety management* Prepare design packages for DNO contestable works and balance of plant (private) works from 11 kV to 132 kV* Select HV and LV cables and design cable routes using CYMCAP and Amtech software* Prepare multicore cable schedules* Site inspection when required Requirements* 132KV experience* Electrical Degree* Enthusiastic approach to workIf interested in further details please contact John Baker or Katherine Oxlade
