Our client Scottish Power are currently recruiting for a Global Mobility and Immigration Administrator to join the team based in Glasgow City Centre.

It would be a contract role for 6 months initially will possibility of extended and becoming a long term role.

This role would suit a recent HR graduate or someone who has knowledge on UK immigration system knowledge.

DESCRIPTIONResponsible for supporting the UK Global Mobility Manager in all aspects of Tax, Relocation and Immigration support and services required to manage external migrant hires into the UK business.

ACCOUNTABILITIES•Managing Immigration/Visa requests and applications, working closely with our external Immigration and Tax Provider, wider HR Team and the applicants directly •Coordinating International moves of employees across the Iberdrola Group (Tax, Relocation and Immigration requirements), working closely with our overseas Global Mobility teams and Local HR team and external Immigration and Tax advisor •Providing advice and collaborative working with wider HR team, Business Managers and employees on all relocation, tax and Immigration matters, including “right to work” requirements and UK Visa eligibility •Updating and tracking of data and activities in Mobility Database and Excell Master files •Liaising with Business Managers and P&G Team to ensure PO’s raised/invoices paid for external provider services •Running reports from IA Database and master Tax and Immigration Excell files, as required for tax reporting and budget purposes •Support the Global Mobility Manager with the Annual Tax reporting requirements •Supporting the Global Mobility Manager with Mobility projects and programmes as required

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE• Strong MS Excel experience is essential for this role • Positive attitude and a flexible approach to workload • Ability to action on direction given quickly and confidently. • Well organised and experience of being a self-starter with a variety of workload at any one time • Excellent time management and organisational skills with ability to be agile and prioritise own workload to ensure deadlines are met • Ability to deal with people internal and external at varying levels • Proficient with Microsoft packages PowerPoint, Excel and Word, TEAMS • Previous experience in UK Immigration or HR desirable MINIMUM CRITERIA• Strong customer service skills • Team Player able to work with colleagues across teams with a positive attitude. • Enthusiastic with flexible and agile approach to work • Ability to work under pressure, organise own workload and think creatively. • Computer literate across Microsoft packages, Proficient specifically in Excel
