SThree are delighted to announce that we're recruiting for a HR Operations Co-ordinator, to support our DACH team. The role is based in Glasgow, and is Fixed Term ending November 2025.Suitable applicants are required to be fluent in written and spoken German.
The role of HROps Co-ordinator focuses on providing excellent customer service in the day to day service delivery of the HR operational transactions, ensuring that all processes are delivered to the agreed standards and timescales, adhering to HR policies & processes.
Please note this role is a fixed-term contract.

Examples of key responsibilities…
- Respond to first line queries from employees, managers and HR colleagues in line with HR policy and process
- Signpost queries to relevant colleagues including escalating issues as necessary to appropriate stakeholders.
- Responsible for the accurate processing of all HR transactions within the headings of Onboarding, Employee Lifecycle and Offboarding, specifically as outlined below and in line with set SLA's
- Generation of contracts and offers of employment in line with Talent Acquisition (TA) instruction
- Audit of Right To Work (RTW) documentation as provided by the TA team
- Work with a 3rd party provider to carry out pre-employment screening of new hires, following up with HRBPs as required
- Accurately entry the new hire info onto SAP and update the relevant work flow systems/providers
- Update payroll and employee files in line with the agreed protocols
- Ensure the correct approvals have been obtained before actioning requests
- Issue the leaver confirmation letter
- Report concerns with process non adherence, GDPR and risk to the HR Operations Team Leader immediately
- Ensure confidentiality at all times
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and German language (Essential)
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Proven experience of HR Operations
- Previous experience in a similar fast-paced environment
- Team work and collaboration experience
- Global process experience would be desirable
