To provide administrative, events and communications support to Obesity Action Scotland. Reporting to the Head, the Programme Assistant's responsibilities will include:
- Organising and executive assistance to the head in efficient running of the unit including diary, correspondence, spreadsheet and database management
- Organising and co-ordinating events, meetings, media and communications
- Managing organisation's digital media platforms and social media posts
- Tracking and monitoring unit finances and preparing financial reports
- Producing minutes and records of meetings
- Liaising with a variety of external stakeholders
- Updating and streamlining organisational database
