Role - Event Assistant
Location - Glasgow
Assignment Length - 1 week

Event dates - Monday 10th to Sunday 16th March (week days and weekend shifts available)
Rate of Pay - 12.50 per hour

Office Angels Glasgow are working alongside a large scale events agency to secure 50 Temporary Event Assistants. The assignment is expected to last 1 week and hours of work will be between 6am-10.30pm (various shifts patterns available). This will be based in the West End of Glasgow. The venue has excellent transport links and onsite parking is available.

No previous experience is required, however, experience in Customer Service, Retail, Sales, Promotions, Events, and/or any other customer service or sales related role may be beneficial.

Duties:
Meeting and greeting attendees
Check in process - registering their personal details when they arrive on site
Adhering to strict health and safety guidelines
Directing guests to food and drink stations and advising where to find toilet facilities
Helping to answer any general queries

Our Ideal Candidate:
Will have previous experience working in a front facing role
Be customer focused
Be comfortable using technology (You will need to be able to confidently use an Ipad on site)
Have high standards of presentation
Be a clear and concise communicator
