Denholm is excited to be Partnering with a forward-thinking and innovative firm of Accountants based in Glasgow. The firm are looking to add an experienced Auditor to their team of accounting experts at Assistant Manager or Manager level, where you will support a multi-sector client portfolio. You will be a technically strong individual, who has previous experience of leading others within a professional practice firm. Whilst overseeing a large portfolio of clients, you will be responsible for mentoring and reviewing work of the wider audit team. You will be a strong communicator and liaise regularly with your clients to ensure that a high level of service is provided. The team will be responsible for completion of the full audit process from planning stage to completion, where you will take a lead role in overseeing the process. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in project work and take advantage of further training to support your development. As a key member of the management team you will also gain involvement in networking, attending events and tendering/proposals.

You will be a fully qualified Accountant, holding full membership to either ACCA, ICAS or equivalent. You are a forward-thinking individual who embraces technology. You will have a solid background of working within a professional firm of Chartered Accountants, where you will also have gained experience of leading on audits. You are a strong communicator who can build effective working relationships with clients. Experience of managing a client portfolio is essential.
