Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead audits from planning through to completion for a variety of clients, including SMEs and charities
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality audit delivery
  • Liaise with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored audit solutions
  • Review audit files, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies
  • Collaborate with partners and managers to provide insights that drive client success
  • Review of Financial and Management Accounts

The Person:

  • CA/ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
  • Strong audit experience within practice, with proven leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing standards and financial reporting
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple deadlines
