The successful candidate will be involved in managing a diverse portfolio of audit clients across a range of industries, leading audit engagements from planning through to completion. You will play a key role in supporting junior team members, liaising directly with clients, and ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the audit process. This role would suit a newly qualified or recently qualified professional looking to build on their experience within a leading national firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
  • Manage and review the work of junior staff
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and auditing standards
  • Assist in training and mentoring team members
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Strong audit background within a UK accountancy firm
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
