Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of audit engagements, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their development.
- Review and finalise audit work, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for added value.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with post-qualification experience in audit.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients and deliver within deadlines.
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
