Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion
- Supervise, develop, and support junior members of the team
- Review work and provide constructive feedback
- Liaise directly with clients, Partners, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements
- Assist with business development and client relationship management
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proven ability to manage a varied portfolio of clients and deadlines
