Meraki Accountancy & Finance is seeking a Client Accounting Manager for a permanent role in the Isle of Man.
The position requires strong analytical skills and experience in financial reporting, with a salary range of £65,000 to £70,000 depending on experience.
Candidates should hold qualifications such as ICAS, ICAEW, ACCA, or CIMA, and ideally have experience in the Fiduciary Industry.
Key responsibilities include reviewing complex financial statements, managing a team, and supporting financial processes.
This role also offers an annual performance bonus, a company pension, and private healthcare benefits.

Meraki Accountancy & Finance’s market-leading client is keen to add a Client Accounting Manager to the current team on a permanent role in the Isle of Man.This excellent opportunity will involve working primarily for the leading and developing finance function provision in a timely and accurate financial information. This role is ideal for an individual who can bring new ideas and help lead and deliver to senior management and our wider business ambitions.Key duties of the role include:

Support and drive the delivery, utilisation and efficiency of financial processes and resources.
Responsible for reviewing complex financial statements for a portfolio of companies and Trusts under tight reporting deadlines.
Responsible for reviewing the accuracy of the trial balance and journal preparation including accruals and prepayments.
Reviewing of adhoc financial analysis to allow the management team to make well-informed and strategic decisions.
Year-end reporting requirements and external audit processes assistance when necessary.
Provide support and assistance when required to junior colleagues.
Lead and manage a team of Accountants and Bookkeepers at various levels.

Qualifications:

ICAS /ICAEW/ ACCA /CIMA or Equivalent
Strong analytical skills and ability to deal with a variety of financial reporting and finance system-related queries.
Experience in the Fiduciary Industry is desirable but not essential
Understanding of IFRS and UK GAAP.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
