Meraki Talent are seeking an experienced Global Custody Manager to oversee the management of international custody operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and exceptional client service. The role involves working with global markets, managing relationships with custodians, and ensuring seamless asset servicing.  There is an element of this role which focusses on Tax Reclaims and Relief at Source, ensuring timely and accurate processing for all global custody clients. The role requires strong technical expertise, proactive problem-solving, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee global custody operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of securities transactions.
  • Manage relationships with global custodians, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with international regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor risk exposure and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Lead a team of custody professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience: 5 – 8 years in global custody, securities operations, or asset servicing.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of custody services, market regulations, and risk management.
  • Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.
  • Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Business, or related field; industry certifications (e.g., CISI, CFA) a plus.
