We're looking for…

  • A qualified CA and/or CTA (or equivalent).
  • Extensive experience in corporate or private client tax advisory, ideally at Assistant Manager grade or above.
  • Strong technical knowledge in business reorganisations, exits, EOTs, MVLs, and family succession issues.
  • A proven track record of delivering tax due diligence assignments and managing corporate tax compliance portfolios.
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring or coaching in a professional setting.
