Job
The role of Finance Executive will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:
- Processing supplier payments according to business terms
- Tracking overdue balances and resolving payment issues as needed
- Managing invoicing, payments, and financial reporting
- Identifying and addressing low-margin booking issues
- Recording corporate card payments to suppliers and handling customer refunds
- Leading system fault resolutions and contributing to improvement initiatives
- Ensuring accurate inventory and pricing setup in the booking system
- Assisting the Finance Director with new system implementation, account reconciliations, management accounts, and brainstorming new ideas
You
As a Finance Executive, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping
- Strong background in financial accounting
- Extensive accounts payable experience
- Ability to collaborate within a team and resolve queries efficiently and accurately
- Familiarity with Xero software is an advantage
