Meraki Talent is seeking a Finance Manager for a leading client based in Glasgow city centre.
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of clients and prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, as well as consolidated financial statements.
Candidates must be ICAS, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, with strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in financial statement preparation.
The role offers a salary between £45,000 and £50,000, along with a performance-related bonus and hybrid working options.

Meraki Talent’s market leading client based in the heart of Glasgow city centre are looking to add a Finance Manager to the current team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global forward-thinking firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients in line with agreed deliverables. Key duties of the role include:

Preparation and production of monthly and quarterly management reporting based on client needs / requirements.
Preparation and consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS / FRS 102 standards.
Supporting the team with financial analysis and complex reporting.
Provide detailed financial analysis as required by clients.
Preparation of VAT and CIS returns.
Cash flow reporting.
Identifying and implementing process improvements around month end reporting.
Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.

Experience required:

ICAS / ACCA / CIMA Qualified.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical thinker with excellent problem solving skills.
Comfortable working to challenging month & quarter end deadlines.
Strong knowledge of financial statement and accounting for transactions.
