Our client is seeking a part-time Financial Controller to join their dynamic team in Glasgow.
Key Responsibilities:
?Manage day-to-day ?nancial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and VAT returns
?Manage working capital and treasury
?Prepare monthly management accounts and ?nancial reports
?Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts
?Ensure compliance with ?nancial regulations and internal policies
?Provide insights and analysis to support business decision-making
?Collaborate with other departments to enhance ?nancial e?ciency and controls around spend.
The Candidate

?Experience in a similar ?nancial role, preferably in a scale-up or SME environment.
?Strong understanding of ?nancial management and accounting principles.
?Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
?Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ?nancial information clearly.
?Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
?Enthusiastic about being part of a growing, innovative company.
?Experience of working with Xero or other accounting systems, pro?ciency with Excel
?Accounting quali?cation preferable

?A salary of around £60K FTE* is available
?20hrs per week ideally spread across Monday to Friday.
