Anderson Knight are delighted to be representing our long term client on the key appointment of a Finance Manager.

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all financial activities of the company.

The main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and oversee the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure optimal performance and development.
  • Forecast and control revenue, profitability and cash flow.
  • Maintain strict internal controls and ensure reports are submitted in a timely manor.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the wider group to provide strategic financial insights.
  • Drive innovation within the finance function to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Take ownership of internal audit and liaise with external auditors.

The main candidate will be a fully qualified (ACCA/CA/CIMA) who can demonstrate proven experience leading a team, ideally experienced working with a larger business.

Attention to detail is critical, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reports and analysis, maintaining compliance and ensuring timely and accurate submission of financial accounts and packs.
