Anderson Knight are delighted to be partnering with one of our valued clients to assist in recruiting for a Corporate Accountant.

Our client is respected globally and operates within a highly regulated and innovative industry. The Corporate Accountant will play a key role, working closely with European level helping effectively drive the business through a period of signification investment and growth.

The key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee subsidiary accounts and manage reporting tool.
  • Management and control of full statutory reporting process.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Undertake proprietary work prior to half year and year end account submissions.
  • Audit group accounts and liaise with other business units to ensure clean ledgers, providing necessary support to external auditors where required.
  • Assisting in the implementation of accounting standards and best practices to enhance reporting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Adhoc tasks and processes where appropriate.

The main candidate will be a fully qualified who can demonstrate proven experience working on group financial statements and effectively operating across multiple business units. You will be experienced working with a larger business and will have a strong understanding of consolidations and an insight into investor relations.

You will possess excellent interpretative and analytical skills to deal with complex issues and drive solution-based processes in order to meet tight deadlines.

To succeed in this role you will need an understanding of IFRS and other relevant GAAP.
