Location: Glasgow City Centre

Rate of Pay: 14.02p/hr

Hours: Monday: Friday 9am-5pm

Hybrid working: 3 days per week to work from home once training is signed off.

Job Description Summary

Within the Financial Institution Remediation Project Team, we are responsible for completing Know Your Customer checks (KYC) on behalf of our third-party Banks who use LBG corporate cards to provide lending solutions to their customers. We follow the standards and procedures ensuring we protect the bank and our customers by completing KYC checks compliantly. Our portfolio of stakeholders is third party Banks. We play a key part in supporting our stakeholders to deliver an excellent customer experience and through effective collaboration and building strong stakeholder relationships, we strive to continue playing our part in being the best bank for business.

KEY CAPABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Good technical knowledge of other financial crime areas

  • Ability to analyse customer information, ensuring it meets our standards and is processed compliantly
  • Oral and Written Communication - Strong and clear communication skills to work with stakeholders and customers
  • Ability to problem solve and support peers/stakeholders with complex cases
  • Team player - Supporting and collaborating with peers to ensure success
  • Takes responsibility for queries / issues through to resolution
  • Confident in objective handling through to discussion and resolution
  • Prioritise workloads and manage your own WIP effectively

What you'll be doing

Provide a customer centric approach putting the customer at the heart of what we do. You will be passionate about ensuring stakeholders and customers get the right support when they need us, whether it's a simple response or supporting with more complex queries in relation to the KYC checks you will be completing.

  • You'll work with confidence and demonstrate the ability to stay on top of your caseload with effective WIP management and a real can-do attitude and commitment to delivering for our customers.
  • You will be a catalyst by nature and identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance our processes and be passionate about driving change.
