Are you a talented finance professional with outsourcing experience and a passion for delivering top-quality client services? Do you have a background in financial regulations within the legal sector? iMultiply is partnering with a major international accountancy firm to recruit an Outsourcing Assistant Manager to help lead its outsourcing team in providing essential financial services to a diverse portfolio of clients, including law firms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a range of outsourced finance functions, including bookkeeping, VAT returns, management accounts, and payroll for clients in the legal sector and beyond
  • Ensure compliance with legal sector financial regulations, including SRA Accounts Rules and client money handling
  • Review and improve internal processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in service delivery
  • Liaise with clients regularly, offering expert advice on financial best practices and supporting their strategic growth
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring a high standard of work across the outsourcing function
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify new business opportunities and service improvements
The Person:
  • CA/ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified or equivalent
  • Experience in managing outsourced finance functions, preferably within or with clients in the legal sector
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations in the legal industry (e.g., SRA Accounts Rules)
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and deadlines
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide junior staff
  • Proficient in using financial software packages such as Xero, Sage, or similar
