You will be responsible for managing project financials, preparing regular financial reports, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Your excellent attention to detail will be crucial in identifying opportunities for process improvement, maintaining governance processes, and ensuring compliance with organisational policies. Additionally, you will provide invaluable support to the PMO through administrative tasks, resource management, and continuous improvement initiatives.* Manage and maintain project financials, including budgeting & forecasting.* Prepare and distribute regular financial reports to leadership.* Collaborate with technical product managers & project managers to provide financial guidance.* Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial management.* Maintain project governance processes and standards.* Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning.* Conduct quality reviews and audits to ensure compliance.* Provide administrative and operational support to the PMO.* Ensure compliance with organisational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.What you bring:As the ideal candidate for the Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist role, you bring a wealth of experience in project financial management.
