Reporting Manager Glasgow (Hybrid 3 days a week in office)

Position Overview

As a Reporting Manager, you will play a key role in reviewing and enhancing liquidity reporting processes. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, providing insights on key business drivers, and ensuring reporting compliance within the firm's control framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and manage sections of daily and monthly liquidity reporting for the firm.
  • Oversee workload management and provide professional support to team members.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with various stakeholders, including Corporate Treasury and Technology teams across departments and regions.
  • Conduct data analysis to validate and interpret liquidity reporting, providing commentary on business drivers.
  • Participate in improvement initiatives, including departmental work streams and IT automation projects.
  • Ensure liquidity reporting adheres to the established control framework and aligns with other team outputs.

Required Experience

  • A relevant degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior experience in a management role, with responsibilities for delegating tasks and providing developmental feedback.
  • Experience within the financial services industry or a finance department is preferred.
