We are recruiting a great career opportunity for an Internal Audit professional to join a progressive and growing Practice firm in Scotland as a Senior Manager.

Our client is growing in terms of market share, headcount and geographic footprint. This job is a new opportunity driven by that growth.

Ideally based in Glasgow, the new hire will report directly to the senior leadership team and thus have a voice in the business.

The firm has an enviable range of clients from the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Your past audit experience in any or all of these sectors will be valued. If you are a specialist in one particular sector, please do still apply.

To be considered as a candidate, you must -

  • have the right to work in the UK. No sponsorship or visa support is available
  • hold an appropriate professional (UK or equivalent) qualification e.g. CIA, ACA, CA, ACCA
  • be able to demonstrate significant internal audit and advisory experience
  • have managed, supervised and mentored less experienced colleagues (essential)

You'll be assigned your own portfolio of clients to work and build relationships with. You'll plan and manage the delivery of audit services, as well as contributing as and when required. You'll be comfortable working alongside senior internal stakeholders and assisting with tenders and strategies for new business, as well as working closely with key decision makers and leaders in your client portfolio.
