Meraki Talent is working alongside a leading consultancy business on the position of Senior Operations Manager.The business:The business provides financial consulting advice to a range of clients across multiple sectors. They are nicely positioned in their field between the large consultancy firms and the smaller businesses - offering consultancy services to both large and mid-sized businesses.They offer a nimble and flexible service to clients, making life as easy as possible for these businesses to work with them, and this has paid handsomely over the past few years as larger clients are constantly enquiring to work with them rather than the traditional larger players in their chosen field.The position:This position will sit between Payroll, HR, and people services, working with teams and senior management on the structure of these departments, future growth and ongoing work and business.There are 30 people to work closely with across these departments, ranging in experience from 20+ years to under 1 year. A large aspect of the position will concentrate on productivity, ensuring each member is given the best possible opportunity to be at their best in their role, this will include tech, working arrangements, large scale projects, and further people management duties.Experience:
- Experience in operational management is essential for this position.
- A financial background may be beneficial also but not essential.
- People management skills.
- A proven record of working with people on their development.
- Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
