Exciting opportunity to join our expanding team in the City Centre, just minutes from public transport links. We're looking for driven and ambitious B2B Energy Sales Executives to be a key part of our growth journey.

Key responsibilities:
- Cultivating, influencing and securing sales with SME customers directly through a combination of self-generated leads, warmed up data and opportunities
- Understanding of the tariff options available
- Identify customer requirements and demonstrate strong account management skills to drive good customer experience and closure
- Manage sales pipelines effectively to ensure targets are achieved
- Liaise with colleagues to develop comprehensive strategies to attain renewal customers
- Maintain effective communication with existing customers to enhance renewal opportunities and maximise upsell potential
- Handle a wide range of complex written and/or verbal enquiries, complaints and requests for advice as and when necessary
- Identify trends in customer issues, alerting line manager with proposals for improvement
- Respond to incoming telephone calls, identifying customer requirements by providing a polite, professional and accurate response in line with agreed service standards
Role requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales to direct customers is essential.
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
- Good knowledge and experience of customer objection handling.
- Strength in problem solving with the ability to work in a target-driven work environment
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal oriented with a passion for driving business growth

Shifts: Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am-6pm (Office Based).
