Administrator to join an established building services team based in the East Kilbride area. The successful Administrator will play a key role as the backbone of operations and efficiently managing engineers and subcontractors’ schedules to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and organize the schedules of engineers and subcontractors, ensuring smooth operations and timely project delivery.
  • Oversee the input and output of data using the company’s in-house CRM system, keeping everything up to date and accurate.
  • Professionally manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, providing clear and efficient communication.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to email and telephone inquiries, delivering excellent service to both internal teams and clients.
  • Utilise Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

Requirements:

  • A solid background in administration or a similar role, with a track record of handling a variety of tasks efficiently.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage daily administrative tasks with ease
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
