On a typical day you will ensure timely and accurate delivery of e-billing, analyse billing issues and support with reconciliation of sales ledger and ebilling data. This role will suit a candidate with experience in a finance function with excellent excel skills. Equally, this is a great role for finance graduates from university or college.40 hours per week: * Mon - Fri * 09:00 - 17:30 Benefits include:* Bonus scheme based on performance* Cycle to work scheme* Electric car scheme* Buy and sell up to 5 holidays* Additional annual leave with tenure* Smart causal dress code* Employee benefit platform* Hybrid working after probationMain duties include:* Communicate internally and externally as required to progress e-billing client management* Maintain detailed client and candidate reconciliations on in all e-billing platforms* Analysis of time and costs in relation to the client billing guidelines detailed in the contract* Liaise with portal clients to resolve any systems issues and ensure that client specific requirements are implemented correctly* Transforming large amounts of data into digestible and actionable management informationThe ideal candidate: * Good excel skills* Good numeric, analytical and problem solving skills with a keen attention to detail* Experience working within a finance function* Certificate in Accounting/HNC in Accounting/similar, or previous accounts assistant experience* Excellent attention to detail* Strong written and verbal communication skillsThis position will suit a candidate who is prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, who works well under pressure and is keen to progress within a successful organisation.
