Your new companyOur client is a market leader in providing bespoke solutions to the motor finance market. Your new roleYou will be undertaking collections activities through both email and telephone communication, advising and negotiating with customers on sustainable repayment plans, working closely and positively with them to achieve the best possible outcomes. This is completed by conducting financial assessments and managing control arrears cases to bring the customer's agreements up to date. Compliance and reporting are highly important in this role as you accurately record communications with customers in line with company procedures. The main purpose of the role is to provide a positive customer journey for all. If you are looking for a fast-paced opportunity within a growing and successful organisation, then this is the opportunity for you!You will be working 35 hours per week on a shift rotation from 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm, 10am to 6pm, and 12pm to 8pm. Working 1 in 5 Saturdays is required, but you will be paid time in lieu for weekend shifts. You will be entitled to hybrid working after successful completion of your probation period, creating more of a work/life balance for you in this role. What you'll need to succeed

  • A strong work ethic and an ambitious attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in Customer Service is essential.
  • Organisational skills and the ability to create accurate reports.
