Civils Site Manager - Nightshift

Peace Recruitment are seeking a Freelance Civils Site Manager to oversee night shift operations for an exciting 2-3 month project. The role involves managing a team of 12 operatives while also handling some IT-related responsibilities.

Key Details:

• Duration: 2-3 months
• Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday, 9pm to 6am
• Location: Glasgow
• Start Date: Monday 30th of September

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 12 operatives on site.
• Oversee all site operations to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient progress.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Carry out IT-related duties, including reporting, logging data, and digital task management.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to maintain progress and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card and SMSTS certification (essential).
• Proven experience managing civils/construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and handle basic IT tasks.
• Available to work night shifts (9pm - 6am, Sunday to Thursday).
