As an Endoscopy Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing quality planned care across the endoscopy patient pathway.
- Supporting and assisting the Endoscopy Practitioner Lead in managing and organising care within the endoscopy unit.
- Delivering quality care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures.
- Participating in the improvement of Essential Quality Requirements and Best Practice standards.

To be considered for the Endoscopy Nurse role, you should have:
- Registered Practitioner status with NMC or HCPC registration.
- Competence and qualifications in Endoscopy Care and Decontamination.
- Operators Course in Endoscopy Decontamination.
- Teaching, assessing, or mentorship qualifications.
- Knowledge of standards and external bodies like CQC, GRS, JAG, HTM 01-06.
- ILS certification.
