Location:Glasgow

Working Hours:Both PM/AM shift patterns, full-time, Temp to perm, ad hoc shifts and weekend work available.

Job Overview: Due to increasing demand, we are looking for experienced and reliable HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our dedicated team. If you are passionate about driving and looking for a role that offers stability and competitive pay, we want to hear from you.

Role Responsibilities:

Safely drive HGV Class 1 vehicles (articulated lorries) to transport goods across various destinations.
Perform daily checks on vehicles, ensuring they are roadworthy and meet safety standards.
Secure loads in line with company and legal requirements to prevent damage and ensure safety.
Comply with tachograph and driving hours regulations.
Maintain accurate driver logs and paperwork.
Adhere to company policies and road safety guidelines.

Key Requirements:

Valid HGV Class 1 (CE) License with a minimum of 12 months experience.
Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence).
Full UK Driving License
Excellent understanding of UK and EU road regulations.
Good communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
