Blue Arrow is seeking an experienced Senior Chef De Partie to join their team in Ayrshire.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurants and contract catering.
The role involves cooking for various events and accommodating diverse customer needs, including high-end dinners and lodge guests.
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required due to the location of the job.
The position offers a competitive salary, a 37.5-hour work week, and 30 days of annual leave.

Blue Arrow is currently looking to recruit an experienced Senior Chef De Partie to join our clients established Team in Ayrshire. Due to the location successful applicants will have to drive and have access to their own vehicle.

Successful candidates will be working in a location with multiple kitchens so must be comfortable with cooking for residents, weddings, high end dinners. They also will be cooking for those staying in lodges which may involve working on your own for 40 covers 3 course. 5 choice dinners.

Due to the diverse visitors to the location The successful chef must be comfortable dealing with all different types of customer and cooking various levels of food.

Ideally you have experience in working within restaurants and contract caterers as well as experience:

Preparing nutritious, well-balanced meals
Working on your own and within a team
Complying with company policies and procedures
Assisting with Menu planning and cost controlling purchasing
Working in multiple departments/kitchens
Fully adhering to all allergen requirements
