Mechanical Estimator

Mechanical Estimator, Cumbernauld, Salary from 50,000 to 65,000 per annum DOE + Car Allowance!

Mechanical Estimator required to work with a leading facilities and property management company to work on commercial contracts across Scotland.

Due to continued expansion, the Mechanical Estimator is required to manage projects for the business, driving successful project delivery and client relations.

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Developing and building strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Project planning including scheduling resource and materials.
• Producing and approving calculations, drawings, models, and designs off technical reports.
• Lead and guide projects, motivating the team to achieve deliver results and meet timescales.

Requirements of the role:

• Background as a mechanical or M&E estimator is required.
• Proven history of managing projects and delivering success.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
